Targeting Interventions for Homeless Families and Individuals
Matching families and individuals with interventions that meet their needs and represent the most efficient use of scarce resources is challenging many communities. This interactive workshop at the 2008 National Conference on Ending Homelessness included speakers with program and system level expertise in targeting and designing interventions. The workshop explored the data needed to improve targeting and the assessment tools and strategies communities are currently using to maximize their resources to end homelessness.
